Landhold Capital entered into a promotion agreement on 8.5 acres of greenfield land off Maddoxford Lane on the edge of Boorley Green.

During the Local Plan promotion, we created an opportunity to submit an application which we duly did in November 2016. We received a resolution to grant (subject to conditions) in March 2017 for the development of up to 50 dwellings. This land was sold in the open market and attracted strong levels of interest with competitive bidding, we concluded the sale by Best and Final offers. The sale was handled jointly between ourselves and Ian Judd and Partners . We completed on a sale to Foreman Homes in August 2018 .
