We acquired the freehold interest in 17.41 acres of grassland adjoining Yateley in 2012. Hart Local Council are reviewing the current Local Plan to ensure delivery of their increased housing requirements of circa 4,000 dwellings. Through this process and our promotion activities the Council have identified our land as a prefered location, technical surveys are ongoing to provide the necessary evidence base to support a possible allocation.

The site is in a landscape gap between Yateley and Eversley Cross as identified on the existing Local Plan Proposals Map. Technical work has been undertaken to consider the potential constraints to development and has demonstrated that there are no over-riding issues. We are reviewing the opportunity to submit an application and achieve consent alongside the site's recognition as an historic allocation to assist in delivery of the site for up to 100 dwellings.
