Landhold Capital assembled this site with four landowners and secured the release of 50 acres of greenbelt land for nearly 100% residential development to the southwest of Hullbridge in Essex.
We negotiated a collaboration agreement for a 1400 dwelling urban extension to the settlement of site extended across 200 acres of land in Boorley Green.
We submitted planning permission in 2012 for the residential development of the former Sports Ground for up to 40 dwellings.
Landhold capital entered into a promotion agreement on 8.5 acres of greenfield land off Maddoxford Lane on the edge of Boorley Green.
